An integral part of the New Brunswick Development Corporation/JINGOLI community outreach initiative is the Train-to-Hire program, a unique 12-week training program designed to  provide participants with skills necessary for a career in the construction industry. The first cohort of 11 students recently celebrated their successful completion of the program with a graduation ceremony and will be placed in jobs associated with The Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center, New Jersey’s first freestanding cancer hospital.
